Services
L1WebTips provides web design, local SEO, content marketing, social media management, paid social advertising, and web hosting to businesses in Liverpool and Merseyside.
Project work
Project work is agreed in writing before it starts. You will receive a clear scope and fixed price. Payment is made in stages: typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion. We do not begin work without a confirmed order.
Ongoing services
Monthly services such as SEO, content, and hosting run on a rolling monthly basis after an initial period stated in your agreement. Either party can give 30 days written notice to end an ongoing service.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, you own the website and its content. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Liability
We take care with everything we build. However, our liability is limited to the value of the project or service in question. We are not liable for loss of revenue, business interruption, or indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
